How long does it take to complete my order?

Some items take longer to complete.  Please read the description of what item you are interested in to see it's approximate turnaround time (TAT).

What does TAT (turnaround time) mean?

TAT means the amount of time it takes us to complete your order to have it ready before shipping. This does NOT include the time it takes to ship from us to you.

Where is Sasquatch Country Creations located?

We are located in the Beautiful, Nicola Valley, just outside of Merritt, BC, Canada. We do not have a physical store. We make and ship our products from our home.  If you are local to us (within Merritt) we will deliver.  At this time we do not allow pickups from our home.

Customs fees, duties and taxes for our American friends.

Packages headed out of our shop to the USA may incur duties, fees or taxes.  These fees are out of our control and payable by (you) the customer.  Unpaid fees will result in your package being destroyed or returned to us. You will NOT be refunded if you choose not to pay these.

Decals and other small products.

Decals and other small products will be sent via letter mail to keep our end price lower. Letter mail can take a little bit longer to be delivered to you.  Please be patient.
